For weeks, Alice has been on the run from the Red Queen and her forces!

However, their relationship took a different turn as they joined forces this week!   Wait a minute…if they became a couple…would their name be Red Alice?

We do not have to worry about that because our heroine and the villainess formerly known as Anastasia…despise each other!

But how did their unlikely truce ended up? Read on to find out…

The uncanny alliance takes place when Alice visited the frozen Knave, who was transformed into a stone statue by Jafar last week. During the visit, the Red Queen confronted Alice and brokered a deal that can help them deal with a mutual enemy: Jafar.  All Alice needed to do was collect magic dust and in return, the Red Queen would give her information to Cyrus’s whereabouts.

As the unlikely duo traveled to the dark side of Wonderland, the Red Queen stated to Alice that she did not kill Cyrus; while Alice countered that they are nothing alike. (Note to the reader: Actually, they are alike because they have severe parental issues!) Once Alice and the Red Queen arrived, they were met with a plaque that stated: “The purest of heart will make the leap.”  Alice summoned her love for Cyrus and was able to take “the leap of faith” for four steps…. until she fell into a pit.

Once inside the pit, Alice encountered the younger version of herself and is presented with the option of killing the Red Queen.  Alice is tempted but said that the Red Queen will get her just desserts later.  After collecting the dust, the Red Queen betrays Alice and harrumphs back to her palace with the dust.  Little does she know that Alice kept some of the dust and used it to find Jafar’s palace.

At Jafar’s palace, the vile warlock captured and later tortures the White Rabbit.  Jafar wanted to know Alice’s weaknesses and started to ask about the people that our heroine loves.  The White Rabbit painfully stated, “There is someone but not in Wonderland.” After a brief encounter with Cyrus (who he encouraged to escape the fortress), the White Rabbit gave in to Jafar’s demands and dug a hole.

Next week, Alice has a difficult choice to make: will she save Cyrus or her family?
