During the 2013-14 Television Season, viewers were transported through the Rabbit Hole and straight to Wonderland.
There, they joined Alice and Will Scarlett (the thief formerly known as the Knave of Hearts) on a quest to save Alice’s true love, Cyrus the Genie, from the clutches of an unholy alliance between Jafar and the Red Queen (Will’s former flame, Anastasia).
In a series of unfortunate events, both Alice and Will have lost their loved ones, as the Agrabah warlock murdered Anastasia and Cyrus…in cold blood.
Now, with Jafar about to become the most powerful sorcerer of all-time, Alice and Will must create an army to save the realm from Jafar! Were they successful? Read on to find out…
After Jafar and Amara became the two most powerful sorcerers of all-time, the villain decided to reshape Wonderland. He finally made his father (the Sultan) love him and Jafar’s dad told his son that “he loved him.” Fighting back tears, Jafar murdered his father with the same water torture. But he was not done yet; he brought back the dead including the Red Queen (who became his lover) and pulled a Thriller to raise the dead.
As Jafar charged his army to destroy Wonderland, Alice and the others regrouped and planned to take down the sorcerer. While Cyrus and Amara headed back to deliver the waters to the Well of Wonders, Alice rallied the Wonderland citizens together to stop Jafar. Unfortunately, Alice captured by Jafar’s undead forces.
Back at the palace, Jafar threatened Alice by destroying her life. However, our heroine stated that true love would destroy his success. When Anastasia revealed Amara and Cyrus’s location, Jafar made a mad dash to the Well of Wonders. Meanwhile, our heroes were successful in restoring Anastasia’s memories and rushed to help Cyrus and his mom.
When Jafar arrived onto the scene, he killed Cyrus’ mom and tried to stop the former genie from completing the spell. However, the Guardian of the Well, cursed Jafar by making him a genie. After reuniting with his brothers, Cyrus and Alice gave Will the necessary waters to revive Anastasia.
Once they returned to Victorian England, Alice and Cyrus married in front of their friends and family….had a daughter and lived “Happily Ever After.”
