Warning: Spoilers are ahead!
For the first time in three years, darkness is coming to the DC Universe!
The villains are taking over and it is not going to be pretty!
The upcoming Forever Evil mini-series by creative team Geoff Johns and David Finch will highlight the Secret Society of Super Villains’ supposed victory over the Justice Leagues and how the surviving heroes and several bad guys will handle this new threat.
Jake’s Take has gathered evidence on the important villains (and heroes) to keep an eye on during this massive crossover event.
The “Anti-Villains”:
Lex Luthor: Superman’s arch-nemesis will play a central role as the leader of an opposing force to counteract the Secret Society with some surprising allies. But who is exactly partnering with?
Catwoman: The world’s greatest thief and former member of the Justice League of America will join Luthor on his quest to bring back order to the DC Universe.
Sinestro: Wait a minute, Sinestro? The last time readers saw Sinestro; he had absorbed the power of Parallax, murdered the Guardians of the Universe and vowed to leave the universe. What changed his mind?
Black Adam: Shazam’s darker counterpart who was promptly defeated in the Shazam back-up specials in Justice League is back! Johns stated in his interviews with both IGN Comics and Newsarama that he will bond with Green Lantern’s archrival over the course of the mini-series because of their exact ideological viewpoints.
Captain Cold: The Rogues leader will be teaming up with Luthor and company to fight their way against the Society and their leaders: the Crime Syndicate of Earth-Three. But with Cold being used to being the top dog, will he challenge Luthor for leadership of their dysfunctional group?
The Villains:
Outsider: The mysterious ringleader of the Secret Society of Super Villains has a front row seat to all the action that is about to go down in Forever Evil.
Crime Syndicate: It has been leaked across multiple media sources that the true antagonists of the mini-series is Earth-3’s greatest villains! For those of you who are unfamiliar with them, they are the evil counterparts of Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, the Flash and Green Lantern. This time, the Crime Syndicate has a new member: Deathstorm (the wicked counterpart of Firestorm).
The Secret Society of Super Villains: This massive army of villains has numerous operatives that range from Scarecrow and the Mad Hatter to Blockbuster and Copperhead. While it is not clear the role the Secret Society of Super Villains will play in this event, it would probably be the Crime Syndicate’s enforcers.
The Heroes:
Batman: Looks like our Caped Crusader may have survived the Trinity War but why is he with the likes of Luthor, Sinestro and Black Adam? It seems like desperate times call for desperate measures (or unlikely allies).
Nightwing: Fans can expect Nightwing to take center stage during this massive crossover. The original Robin has survived death countless of times but in a Forever Evil teaser poster, it shows that blood is being drained from Nightwing’s symbol. Could Batman’s original sidekick bite the bullet during the series?
Steve Trevor: The former Justice League and Justice League of America liaison will have his hands full, as he must round-up A.R.G.U.S.’s finest to shut down the villainous Secret Society. Fans can read about Trevor’s quest starting in October when Forever Evil: A.R.G.U.S. drops.
Martian Manhunter & Stargirl: In November’s Justice League of America, it is revealed that the two fan-favorite characters have barely survived the events of The Trinity War and now must get their act together to save the Earth from the Crime Syndicate.
The first issue of Forever Evil will hit stands on September 4.

It’s really a nice and useful piece of info.
I am happy that you simply shared this helpful information with us.
Please keep us up to date like this. Thanks for
sharing.
I think that everything said made a great deal of sense.
However, what about this? what if you were
to create a awesome headline? I mean, I don’t want to tell
you how to run your website, however suppose you added a title to maybe get a
person’s attention? I mean Jacob's Eye On…Forever Evil is a little plain. You
ought to peek at Yahoo’s front page and note how they create article titles
to grab viewers to open the links. You might add
a video or a related picture or two to get people interested about everything’ve got to say.
Just my opinion, it would bring your posts a little livelier.
