The Art of Influence by Ryuho Okawa (First published in 2019)
As a reader, I enjoy reading about subjects that challenged me to think. The Art of Influence is written by Happy Science religious organization founder Ryuho Okawa. While I am steadfast with my faith, Okawa’s gave interesting responses to his believers on 28 questions on how to improve their lives.
The First Lady by James Patterson & Brendan DuBois (First published in 2019)
I always enjoy reading a James Patterson book. The legendary writer collaborated with Brendan DuBois on the political thriller The First Lady. When the President’s wife is kidnapped, elite secret service agent Sally Grissom is assigned to track her down.The First Lady is an electrifying page turner from start to finish and readers will not be disappointed with this story.

Ladies Who Punch: The Explosive Inside Story of The View by Ramin Setoodeh (First published in 2019)
Ladies Who Punch: The Explosive Inside Story of The View was one book that I could not put down. As a longtime fan of The View, I loved reading this expose! I enjoyed learning about Barbara Walters’ time on the show to the Whoopi versus Rosie drama that followed in Season 18. If you are a superfan of The View, I highly recommend getting this book!
