It is a pleasure to welcome fitness entrepreneur Jeff Thornton to The Jake’s Take’s with Jacob Elyachar Podcast.
Jeff Thornton’s passion for fitness and athletics started in high school when he played middle linebacker for the Alamogordo High School Tigers. He briefly played as a strong safety for the New Mexico Highlands University football team. After his football season ended, Jeff Thornton got bit by the fitness bug as he became a bodybuilder and competed in competitions from 2010 to 2015. After five years of amateur bodybuilding, Jeff Thornton became fascinated with CrossFit.
Jeff decided to help people on their fitness journeys through his companies: Land of Lean and QSN Gaming. The Land of Lean helps clients showcase the fun aspects of fitness through inspiration and motivating the community in a unique way. The Land of Lean also produces products such as foam rollers, supplements, and various forms of apparel.
Another company that Jeff Thornton founded and he is currently building is QSN Lifestyle. QSN’s core target market are gamers (not CrossFit icons Jacob Heppner and Rich Froning, but Tyler “Ninja” Blevins). QSN Lifestyle’s main focus is the QSN Gaming Esports Nootropic Supplements. Jeff and his team designed with the highest quality all-natural ingredients to help video game athletes perform at their personal best.
In this edition of The Jake’s Take with Jacob Elyachar Podcast, Jeff Thornton shares his origin story and how he got into the fitness industry. He also revealed his favorite fitness and entrepreneurship mentors, plus talked about launching the QSN Lifestyle brand.
