Born in Rockland County, New York, and now located in Jerusalem, Israel, Mayer began crafting at a very young age. Under his former stage name, YM, he released his 2018 debut album: Dear God. With no marketing or label backing, Dear God charted on Billboard within its first week of sales. He also traveled the world touring in Canada, Germany, Scandinavia, South America, the United Kingdom, and the United States. Currently, Mayer Malik is getting ready to release a new album.
