It is a pleasure to welcome my friend, producer and host Rye Myers to The Jake’s Take with Jacob Elyachar Podcast.
I had the opportunity to meet Rye in New York City when we were covering a show. Our friendship bonded over our mutual love of Broadway and the entertainment industry. In 2015, Rye founded RyeTheNewsGuy.com, where he shared his passion for theater, entertainment, and pop culture industries.
Rye interviewed a plethora of Emmy, Grammy, and Tony winners throughout his career, including Billy Porter, David Hyde Pierce, George Takei, Laura Benanti, Matthew Broderick, and Nathan Lane. Last Fall, Rye launched Live with Rye! It is an electrifying weekly digital talk show series with guests from all over the entertainment industry. He also formed his own production company: Rye Entertainment. The production company is focused on producing in various mediums in digital, film, television, and theater.
