Sean started online coaching to build a community not limited to geography. Too many people feel alone or misguided on their health and fitness journey, and he wants his clients to be provided with the necessary information, support, and encouragement they need to reach their goals. He thrives on helping beginners become intermediates and helping intermediates enter the beginning stages of becoming advanced.
Sean is not a bodybuilding coach; he is a lifestyle coach that developed an integrated lifestyle program revolving around each client’s specific health, performance, and aesthetic-based goals. He has been a professional fitness coach since 2015 and has personal training accreditations from multiple institutions, including American Council on Exercise and the International Sports Sciences Association.
