One of the fascinating books that I read this year is Hollywood Medium Tyler Henry’s autobiography: Between Two Worlds: Lessons from the Other Side.
After experiencing a sudden and accurate premonition of his grandmother (Barbara Koelewyn)’s death at a very young age, Tyler knew that his life would never be the same. Throughout the Hollywood Medium’s first book, Mr. Henry showcased his origin story and early career highlights to his readers.
While I was reading this book, I experienced the entire roller coaster of the emotional spectrum. I was in tears when I read about his final visit with his beloved grandmother, who told Tyler that he could have her “necklace in the brown box” and awe when he described his team of guides, which help him connect spirits from the other side to his clientele. There were some light-hearted moments when Mr. Henry reveals his first day of shooting with an E! series and how the Hollywood Medium was thrown for a loop when it was revealed that his first celebrity client was Khloe Kardashian, who was filming an episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
The reader will also feel anxious as the medium describes his near-death experience in the ICU and feel satisfaction when Tyler’s father finally approves his career path after a successful public reading in his hometown of Hanford, California and how he transformed comedian Tom Arnold from cynic to believer as Mr. Henry successfully connected the former The Best Damn Sports Show Period host with his mother, who apologized for being emotionally abusive to him when she was alive and praised him for breaking the cycle of emotional abuse in their family.
Between Two Worlds: Lessons from the Other Side also contains several discoveries that Mr. Henry has learned over his career. He also answers several burning questions that viewers have wanted to know about clairvoyance and how to connect with loved ones in the afterlife.
Final thoughts & grade: Tyler Henry’s Between Two Worlds: Lessons from the Other Side offers readers a fantastically detailed glimpse into the Hollywood Medium’s spiritual connection to the spirit world. Henry’s excellent ability to transport the readers throughout his journey makes this book not only a fun read, but a superb entry book to his entry into the world of literature. A-
