It is a pleasure to welcome singer-songwriter Barbara Nadas to The Jake’s Take with Jacob Elyachar Podcast.
Barbara is not just another emerging artist. Her unique sound defies the boundaries of pop-soul music. Her journey began at 14, singing in cover bands. This experience allowed her to masterfully blend various music genres, from blues and rock to pop and disco. Her inspiration comes from a diverse range of artists, including Fergie and the late Amy Winehouse.
Barbara has performed with the Hungarian Operetta Theater and attended the Berklee 5 Weeks Summer Performance Program. She also worked with notable Hungarian producer Burai Krisztián and various Hungarian jazz musicians, including Gergely Ősze, Dániel Vikukel, and Máté Möntör. Her discography includes “Hiába mondták,” “Mese,” and “Overthink.”
Barbara’s recent release is a remix of her 2023 hit “SOAR,” a collaboration with renowned producer Tom Martin. Martin’s previous collaborations include Alesso, David Guetta, Martin Garrix, Tiesto, and Travis Barker.
In this episode of The Jake’s Take with Jacob Elyachar Podcast, Barbara Nadas discusses the story behind “SOAR” and shares the lessons she learned from Tom Martin.
