I am so excited to welcome one of my all-time favorite Jake’s Take guests, fitness entrepreneur and Fit2Fat2Fit founder Drew Manning, to The Jake’s Take with Jacob Elyachar Podcast.
The Utah-based personal trainer first gained worldwide attention when Drew underwent his Fit2Fat2Fit experiment. Throughout his journey, he gained 75 lbs. before losing the weight once again. In addition to being featured on shows such as The Dr. Oz Show, Good Morning America, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, and The View, Drew Manning brought the Fit2Fat2Fit experiment to A&E and Lifetime with Fit to Fat to Fit, which ran for two seasons.
Also, Drew celebrated the fifth anniversary of his podcast: The Fit2Fat2Fit Experience. For over 275 episodes, Drew welcomes a plethora of guests that range from world-renowned fitness experts to medical experts. In addition to his podcast, he released the New York Times best-selling book: Fit2Fat2Fit: The Unexpected Lessons from Gaining and Losing 75 Lbs. On Purpose.
On August 19, Drew announced that he would go on a new journey: Fit2Fat2Forty. Under the guidance of a medical professional and armed with eight years as a fitness and nutrition expert, he will examine the mental, emotional and physical struggles of those who gain weight while exploring the added challenge of age as he approaches his 40th birthday in December.
