The Masked Singer: Season 10’s final is near! Tonight, the three remaining Group C performers (Anteater, Candelabra, and Donut) shared the soundtrack of their lives. Which performer joined Cow, Gazelle, and the Sea Queen in the Season 10 Finale? Who joined Ashley Parker Angel, Billie Jean King, Countless LuAnn, Sebastian Bach, and Tyler Posey in the elimination club? Did the panelists (Ken Jeong, Nicole Scherzinger, Robin Thicke, and Jenny McCarthy Wahlberg) correctly deduce the eliminated performers’ identities? Read on to find out!
Candleabra kicked off the night with “I’m Goin’ Down,” her clues included “from the angels” and a royal flush! I believe that Monica was behind the Candleabra Mask. Robin and Nicole praised Candleabra for empowering them. This week, the Men in Black presented mixtapes to panelists with whom they connect, and “Party Jams” was dedicated to Nicole. Nicole guessed Tamar Braxton before settling on Keyshia Cole. Ken thought it was Chili, and he received a wave of boos. Before deciding on Dawn Richard, Robin revealed that Candleabra could be former label mate Keyshia Cole.
Anteater Mask sang “Johnny B. Goode” after growing up listening to Chuck Berry. His clue contained red lips and a four-leaf clover. I still need clarification with the voice. Jenny declared the performance was “fun” and said him to be a rock and roll legend. His mixtape, “Deep Thoughts,” was dedicated to Jenny. The Masked Singer audience gave Ken some love, and he guessed Paul Stanley. Robin added Jackson Browne into the mix, and Jenny suggested legendary rocker Stevie Van Zandt.
Donut’s solo performance of Ray Charles’ iconic anthem, “Georgia On My Mind,” gave me chills. I thought I heard the iconic voice of legendary singer Sir Tom Jones. Ken said that Donut’s wife would be proud of the performance. Donut revealed that the “Poker Night” mixtape was repeated whenever he hung out with Robin’s father, Alan. An emotional Robin told the audience that he guessed that the legendary Sir Tom Jones was under the Donut costume. Jenny thought John Schneider and Nicole still believed it was her friend Englebert Humperdink.
The Masked Singer panel and studio audience voted to send home Anteater while Candleabra and Donut prepared for the Battle Royale. Robin thought Anteater was Jackson Browne, while Nicole guessed John Cougar Mellencamp. Ken changed his guess to Billy Joel, and Jenny concluded the guess by doubling down on Stevie Van Zandt. I was right…JOHN OATES WAS ANTEATER!
After the music legend left the stage, Astronaut (Hunter Hayes) returned to reveal the Battle Royale song: “Wanted.” Donut kicked off the round by delivering a beautiful blue-eyed soul interpretation of the country song. Meanwhile, Candleabra “sang for the spot” by combining country and soul. The Masked Singer panel sent DONUT into the Season Finale. Nicole’s final guess was Keyshia Cole, while Ken suggested Kelly Rowland. Jenny’s final guess was Brandy, while Robin joined Nicole in guessing Keyshia Cole. NICOLE AND ROBIN WERE RIGHT….KEYSHIA COLE WAS CANDLEABRA!
