It is hard to believe that we are at the Group B finale of The Masked Singer: Season Seven!

Tonight, Miss Teddy, Ringmaster, and Armadillo faced off for the second spot in the Season Seven finals. Which performer earned the right to join Firefly in the finals? Which two masked singers were forced to join Duff Goldman, Christie Brinkley, and Penn and Teller in the elimination club? Did any of the panelists – Ken Jeong, Nicole Scherzinger, Robin Thicke, and Jenny McCarthy Wahlberg – correctly deduce the eliminated performers’ true identities?

Read on to find out!

Once Nick Cannon made his entrance, special guest Leslie Jordan made his spectacular entrance and enlisted in Team Cuddly. Miss Teddy kicked off the night. In her pre-performance package, there were photos of Eddie Murphy and the Supreme Court. She also thanked her fans for their decades of support. She sang Duffy’s “Mercy,” and I knew it was Jennifer Holliday. Nicole called her “the moment this season,” and The performance gobsmacked Leslie Jordan. Ken guessed Yolanda Adams, while Leslie suggested Mavis Staples, and Jenny thought it was Gloria Gaynor.

After Jenny temporarily joined Nicole in Team Good, Armadillo Mask took the Masked Singer stage. There were handcuffs, a jail cell, a dog collar, and the Texas flag. He sang “Amazing Grace,” and I wanted to hit a certain buzzer. I cannot believe Nicole cried for that abysmal performance. Jenny suggested Dog the Bounty Hunter, while Ken thought it was Al Pacino.

Ringmaster rounded out the solo performances. In her pre-performance package, there was a laughing emoji, the NASA logo, and a sign that said: “Welcome to Nashville.” She sang Whitney Houston’s “I Will Always Love You” and delivered what Jenny called – “the greatest performance ever.” Robin Thicke thought Sarah Hyland, while Leslie Jordan guessed Noah Cyrus and Kacey Musgraves. Nicole ended the guessing round with Maren Morris.

Miss Teddy and Armadillo rejoined Ringmaster on the Masked Singer stage for the Final Showdown. They performed Blondie’s “One Way or Another.” Ken thought it was a “season finale” performance. However, the vote had to go on, and two singers had to go home.

After The Masked Singer panelists and audiences voted, the first performer to unmask was Armadillo! Leslie guessed Gary Busey, while Nicole joined Jenny in assuming Dog the Bounty Hunter. However, Robin added Stone Cold Steve Austin to the mix and Ken doubled down on Al Pacino. The ladies were right….DOG THE BOUNTY HUNTER WAS ARMADILLO!

The second singer that was unmasked was MISS TEDDY! She WAS ROBBED! Ken called it “the biggest upset in show history” and then doubled down Yolanda Adams, while Jenny also doubled down her Gloria Gaynor guess. Robin thought it was Karen Clarke Sheard. Nicole and Leslie declared that Miss Teddy was Jennifer Holliday!

THEY WERE RIGHT…MISS TEDDY WAS THE LEGENDARY JENNIFER HOLLIDAY!!!

Next week, Group C (Team Cuddly’s Baby Mammoth and Space Bunny; Team Bad’s Queen Cobra and Jack in the Box; Team Good’s Prince) all make their Masked Singer debuts!
