The Masked Singer kicked off its seventh season in a dramatic way. One performer lost his costume’s head after singing, and another had to restart her performance after a health scare. At the end of the episode, we were shocked to see superstar pastry chef Duff Goldman unmask as the McTerrier.

Tonight, the Good’s Firefly, the Bad’s Cyclops and Ram, and the Cuddly’s Thingamabob returned to the stage to face off for a spot in the Group A finals. Who soared? Which performer was forced to unmask? Did panelists Ken Jeong, Nicole Scherzinger, Robin Thicke, and Jenny McCarthy Wahlberg correctly deduce the eliminated singer’s identity? Read on to find out!

After Nick made his entrance, he revealed that tonight’s Bottom Two will face off in the show’s first duel. He also introduced a new guest panelist – the Domino, who turned out to be Kansas City’s favorite son: Eric Stonestreet! After revealing that he would enlist in Team Bad, Team Good’s Firefly returned to the stage. Tonight, she sang Michael Jackson’s “P.Y.T.” She has a great voice, and I will guess Monica this week. Nicole loved the Firefly’s choreography and Ken called her Masked Singer winner worthy. Her mega clue was a photo of Pharrell Williams and she called him – the mega key of her career. Eric thought it was Aisha Tyler, while Robin guessed Keyshia Cole. Nicole thought Firefly was Ms. Lauryn Hill.

Nick Cannon spoke with Cyclops before he performed on stage. Tonight, he chose Elvis Presley’s “Suspicious Minds” as his song. His country voice blew me, and he threw me through a loop. Robin called him the “unpredictable wild card.” Cyclops’ Mega Clue was a meteorite that crashed to Earth in 1988. Ken thought it was Chris Pratt, while Eric thought it was John Lithgow. Nicole suggested that Cyclops was Rob Thomas.

The RThe Ram returned to The Masked Singer stage. The Ram pointed at Eric Stonestreet, who stated that he knew his posture. He sang Foo Fighters’ “Learn to Fly” and I loved his voice. This was one of the best male vocals in show history. Ram taunted Eric with the nickname: “Old E.” Ram’s Mega Clue was a golden envelope. Ken thought it was Jason Sudekis, while Eric thought it was Ty Burrell. Jenny suggested Ram was Jason Biggs. As he left the stage, the audience heard from Ram’s BFF: Kate Hudson!

Thingmabob Mask was the final Masked Singer: Season Seven performer to hit the stage before the duel. Tonight, he sang Ed Sheeran’s “Perfect”, and I thought it was David Cook! Ken broke down in his commentary and called it “the performance of the season.” Robin called Thingamabob – the front runner of Season Seven. His Mega Clue was “shields.” Jenny thought it was Dwayne Johnson. Meanwhile, Eric thought it was Omar Benson Miller. Robin ended the guessing with Jason Momoa.

Nick revealed that Ram and Firefly would participate in the Masked Singer duel. When she heard the news, Firefly walked off stage. The panel was surprised by Firefly being stuck in the Duel. Thankfully, she returned to the stage and participated in the Duel. Ram sang John Denver’s “Country Roads, Take Me Home,” and he knocked it out of the park. Firefly countered with Ariana Grande’s “God is a Woman.” She delivered a superb vocal with Ken giving a standing ovation from his desk.

The panel decided to send the Firefly into the Group A final, while the Ram had to unmask! Jenny doubled-down with Jason Biggs, while Nicole thought it was Kelly Slater. Ken thought it was Jason Sudeikis. Eric thought it was Joe Buck and Robin joined him in the final guess. It turned out that Robin and Eric were right…JOE BUCK was the RAM!

Next week, Group A faces off for a spot in the Masked Singer: Season Seven finale!
