This week’s New Music Tuesday focuses on the Boss’s latest album and the newest singles from Madonna, John Mayer and Norah Jones.
Wrecking Ball- Bruce Springsteen
Wrecking Ball marks Bruce Springsteen’s seventeenth studio album and his first album in the 2010s decade. This album is pure brilliance and the song lyrics on all of the songs are stronger than his last two studio albums. Springsteen is still one of rock’s best wordsmiths and impeccable bandleaders as he guides his band gracefully from opening track “We Take Care of Our Own” to bonus track “American Land.” Overall, Springsteen’s Wrecking Ball is the best rock album of 2012 so far! Grade: A
