Last week, Rachael Ray and Guy Fieri invited eight new celebrities to tackle Celebrity Cook-Off!
Vanilla Ice, Chris Kattan, Herschel Walker and Tiffany were able to please the crowd and guest judge Lee Anne Wong with their medieval feast and presentation to win week one in the competition!
However, Team Rachael (Florence Henderson, Judy Gold, Jake Pavelka and Penn Jillette) still had a chance to redeem themselves after Lee Ann Wong was not able to decide a winner or send home. Meanwhile, the celebrity chefs warned their pupils that this week someone would be sent home!

The celebrities were challenged by their coaches to create a luau for 50 PEOPLE! In addition, both teams had to create four appetizers and a signature cocktail plus create their offerings in 90-minutes. They also had to impress Chopped judge Marc Murphy, who not only chose the winner…but also had the power to send someone home.
Team Guy faced problems from the get-go as Chris Kattan failed to focus in the kitchen. His odd pork cuttings caused Tiffany’s heart palpitations to increase and Guy to bark, “Move faster.” Luckily, Chris’ teammates would help him prep with the remainder of the meal. In addition, the former Saturday Night Live cast member was about to burn himself if Hershel and Vanilla did not step in to help him.
Over on Team Rachael, Penn used his one-on-one time with Vegas chefs to create a curry chicken dish. Meanwhile, Florence coped with a foot injury while creating ribs. Judy also faced the pressure because she did not cook with pork or shrimp due to her kosher observance.
After a lot of kitchen chaos, it was time to for the celebrities to serve their luau guests. As the party went on, several of the celebrities including Vanilla Ice and Jake Pavelka entertained the crowd with their offerings and their personalities.
At the end of the night, it was time for Marc Murphy to make some crucial decisions. He awarded the best dishes to Vanilla Ice’s dessert and Judy’s non-kosher egg rolls. The Chopped judge also declared Team Rachael the winners and Florence Henderson as the team’s MVP.
Unfortunately, this season of Rachael vs. Guy: Celebrity Cook-Off will lose a lot of laughs due to Chris Kattan’s elimination!
Next week, the remaining celebrities must create an “All About Me” product!
