On Tuesday night, 12 acts will compete for a chance to perform for the country at the Radio City Music Hall.
At stake…a spot on the America’s Got Talent nationwide tour, a chance to perform as a headlining act in the America’s Got Talent show in Las Vegas and the show’s $1,000,000 cash prize!
After looking at each of these acts very carefully and considering who is worthy of having their own Vegas show, here is how I rated the Top 12 from the best to the worst of the season.
Kenichi Ebina: This Japanese dancer has entertained audiences throughout all the stages of the competition from his tribute to The Matrix at his spectacular audition to his outstanding routines in the quarterfinals and semi-finals respectively, he has stepped out to the plate…every single time! The $1,000,000 IS HIS TO LOSE!
Chicago Boyz: The only group that can potentially stop Kenichi is the Chicago Boyz! Every time, the Chicago Boyz stepped onto the Radio City Music Hall stage, they steal the show! They are tremendous athletes that tackled every challenge in front of them! I hope they can top last week’s astonishing semi-final performance.
Taylor Williamson: Perhaps a comedian can finally win this year! The AGT audience can count on Taylor for the laughs! His awkward situations can really turn a performance night around. Hopefully, latecomer Heidi Klum can remain a Taylord especially since he tailored his semi-finals routine to Heidi’s liking!

Collins Key: I have been watching AGT since the very first season and there has not been a successful magic act that has the capability to reach the finale. However, that all changed when 17-years-old Collins Key combined his willpower and creativity to deliver superb routines that blew away the AGT audience this season. I think that he could win a place in the finale. But, in order for Collins to make it to the finale, he needs to do something like his quarterfinal performance and stun everyone!
Branden James: I like both remaining opera acts that are in the Top 12. But what makes Branden James edge out against Forte is that he is a very good risk taker! He diversified his song selection from the classic aria “Nessun Dorma” to a gutsy but brilliant cover of Heart’s “Alone,” that captured the audience’s attention! I cannot wait to see what he has in store for us Tuesday night!
Forte: I am very jealous of the tenors’ vocal ability! But it is their vocal ability that has taken them to new heights in this competition. Later on this year, I will be putting their cover of “Somewhere” in My Top 20 Reality TV Performances of 2013. However, in order to get to the finale, Forte really needs to grab my attention by putting their signature spin on classic tunes such as “Your Song” and “Man in the Mirror.”

The KriStef Brothers: Since day one, this duo continues to perfect the hybrid between a danger act and a comedy act. Like the Chicago Boyz, they continue to defy the odds (Kristofer’s injury) and always make both the audience and the judges smile.
Cami Bradley: There is no doubt that Cami can sing as she showcased her vocal range with show-stopping covers of “Summertime” and “Believe,” but there are some more talented singers in this competition. However, I strongly believe that she will have a career outside this show.
Catapult Entertainment: Earlier on this season, I pegged Catapult as a frontrunner to go to the finale. While they stole the show with their beautiful Sandy Hook tribute, there are already groups out in the entertainment world: Silhouettes from AGT: Season Six and Attraction, the winners of this year’s Britain’s Got Talent. In my humble opinion, these two groups run circles around Catapult.

D’Angelo & Amanda: These kids are the next Derek Hough and Lacey Schwimmer in the making! However, the only thing that sets them back from winning this show is that D’Angelo and Amanda already won on another series! These two dancers won Paula Abdul’s short-lived CBS dance competition, Live to Dance, two years ago. In all honesty, I believe that this week might be the last week we will see them.
Innovative Force: I find their routines boring and predictable! They should have gotten off this show a long time ago!
Jimmy Rose: The Kentucky native reminds me so much of AGT: Season Four winner Kevin Skinner it is not even funny. Kevin sang Garth Brooks’s “If Tomorrow Never Comes” four years ago (Jimmy sang the song at the Semi-Finals) and was a chicken catcher before winning (Jimmy is a Marine vet and former coal miner). I respect Mr. Rose for his service…but he is an average singer and at this stage in the game…AVERAGE DOES NOT CUT IT ANYMORE.
