It is a pleasure to welcome international fitness trainer and model Nenn Arabian to Jake’s Take.
Based in Armenia, the former karate warrior created a new fitness brand called Nenn Fit that has motivated a new generation to establish their fitness journey. By using the cornerstones of “notice, navigate, and necessitate,” Nenn built two different training programs that will help his clients build their dream physiques.
Also, Nenn is developing an active social media following through his impeccable posts. He is also developing a strong name as a fitness model, and Nenn has provided us with five of the best photos from his various photoshoots. In this edition of The Five Question Challenge, Nenn opened up about his two training programs, overcoming the obstacles breaking into the fitness industry, and shared his social media strategy.
Jacob Elyachar: When did you get interested in fitness? How did that passion involve into the desire of pursuing a career in bodybuilding?
Nenn Fit: It all started when I got accepted to college. I started to go to the gym as a physical education major during my freshmen year, and then I realized that fitness would be more than a passion for me, I would rather say it is a true obsession. After training for a year, I started to see great results like I was very shredded, in healthy condition and my level of self-confidence has increased.
Jacob Elyachar: You offer several training programs for potential clients. Could you describe them to my readers?
Nenn Fit: So far, I have provided two types of dedicated training programs. The first one is called Moderate Training, which I specifically designed that program for three days a week for roughly three months program with great value. The second program is intense training based on five days a week program for again approximately three months. It will be my pleasure to help my clients to reach their desired goals in the fitness industry. Whoever signs up to one of my programs, they will not just receive the workout plan, but they will also have the mental shift or the transformation to achieve the best physique in their lives physically.
Jacob Elyachar: What are some of the challenges that you face breaking into the international fitness market? How did you overcome them?
Nenn Fit: I trained for about a year and a half without consuming any supplements because I could not afford it at that time and because I was a student. I would consider that a minor type of challenge or an obstacle because training abnormally without the consumption of supplements is difficult. However, I obtained my diet routine, and I kept changing my workout plan for extreme muscle growth. Sometimes I get disappointed, and lack of motivation kicks in like when I get ill or if I face some personal issues, and that’s one of the toughest situations. What I love to do is to watch motivational videos and sometimes that actually won’t work, so I motivate myself; and I always bring statements like “Those famous celebrities are human beings, so do I, if they achieved their goals then I will achieve mine with my creative way.” Therefore, I always look forward to achieving my goals.
Jacob Elyachar: Could you share your social media strategy with my readers? How does it stand out against other fitness entrepreneurs?
Nenn Fit: Everyone starts from somewhere, and I started from the rock bottom. I started posting my images daily, and most importantly I kept inserting motivational captions and headlines to attract people. From there my audience grew, and the social media went viral. I am happy to have loyal fans and followers from all over the world, and it’s still growing. I am on my way to inspire millions of followers in the future and help them to achieve their goals and dreams.
Jacob Elyachar: If you had the opportunity to meet with people that are struggling on their fitness journey, what advice would you share with them?
Nenn Fit: First of all, I would motivate them to start training their mind first and then naturally the physical changes will appear once they’re determined for body transformation and apply the hard work, sweat and tears. Once I notice their confidence, I will advise them the basics of healthy diet routine and illustrate the significant muscle group parts.
