“Otis” is a great example of two hip-hop titans banding together to deliver some of the best beats in their careers. In addition, the duo perfectly sampled and incorporated the late Otis Redding’s “Try A Little Tenderness” into their track, which made the song-the best rap song of 2011.

The Voice coach struck music gold when he released one of the best tracks of 2010. “Forget You” was a brilliant R&B song that featured incredible hooks, superb vocals and excellent lyrics that made anyone want to say the expletive version to people who have wronged them.
3. “Just the Way You Are” by Bruno Mars
Bruno Mars’ first single off of his highly successful debut album is the fourth best-selling digital single of all-time. “Just the Way You Are” is an incredible empowerment song that we do not hear on the radio everyday and it was one of Bruno’s best vocal performances.
2. “The Best Part of the Day” by Elton John & Leon Russell
One of the best tracks off of The Union was “The Best Part of the Day.” It is truly one of the best songs that the songwriting team of Elton John and Bernie Taupin ever written. The instrumental arrangement was phenomenal and the harmonies between Elton and his musical hero were fantastic.
