Day four of my countdown contains a mix of up-tempo dance tracks and intriguing ballads.
35. “I Wanna Go” by Britney Spears
Britney’s third single from her 2011 Femme Fatale album featured the signature sounds of her frequent collaborators Max Martin and Shellback. In addition to Britney’s sexy vocals, the song made listeners imagine that they were at a giant rave at one of The X Factor judge’s favorite clubs.

34. “Grenade” by Bruno Mars
Bruno Mars’ heartbreaking track about a nasty girlfriend was the second single off of Mars’ highly successful debut album: Doo-Wops & Hooligans. The combination of Mars’ superb vocal range and the song’s impressive lyrics not only earned Bruno Mars, the top spot on the Billboard Hot 100 charts but also scored three Grammy nominations.
33. “Misery” by Maroon 5
Maroon 5’s first single off of its third studio album was the energetic “Misery” which showcased the great combination between Adam Levine & Jesse Carmichael’s songwriting abilities with the producing style of Robert John “Mutt” Lange. “Misery” was nominated for the Best Pop Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocal category at the 53rd Grammy Awards.
32. “Raise Your Glass” by P!nk
When P!nk released her first greatest hits album in 2010, she included two new songs. One of the new tracks was “Raise Your Glass,” which was a high-spirited pop rock tribute dedicated to all of her fans.

31. “God Gave Me You” by Blake Shelton
For his sixth studio album, the two-time winning Voice coach recorded a cover version of Dave Barnes’s “God Gave Me You.” According to an interview with Country Weekly, Blake stated that Barnes’ version of the song “inspired him to propose to his wife: Miranda Lambert.” Blake’s cover was eventually nominated for Best Country Song at the 54th Grammy Awards.
