For the first time ever, Jake’s Take is welcoming some of its favorite acts from Canada’s Got Talent (CGT).
It is a true honor and privilege to welcome singer Jeanick Fournier to The Jake’s Take with Jacob Elyachar Podcast.
Jeanick, a Chicoutimi, Quebec resident, auditioned for Canada’s Got Talent with Celine Dion’s “I Surrender.” As someone who has covered the Got Talent franchise for a decade, her audition was one of the best singing auditions I have EVER HEARD. All four judges (Howie Mandel, Lilly Singh, Trish Stratus, and Kardinal Offishall) gave her a standing ovation before hitting the decrescendo. Also, the performance received host Lindsay Ell’s Golden Buzzer, which allowed her to join Canada’s Got Talent: Season Two semifinals.
On the fifth special Canada’s Got Talent edition of The Jake’s Take with Jacob Elyachar Podcast, Jeanick Fournier talked about her electrifying audition and receiving Lindsay Ell’s Golden Buzzer. She also spoke about the chance of performing in front of the Got Talent franchise creator, Simon Cowell, if she makes it to CGT’s finale.
Canada’s Got Talent airs Tuesdays on CityTV.
